As a first step towards building the World of Tomorrow, Grant Town will be building the Community of Tomorrow: G.T.E.C., the Grant Town Experimental Community. Here, families and individuals will live, work, and play in an environment designed to contribute to the overall health, happiness, and prosperity of each person residing within. From luxury apartments and affordable housing to multi-story single-family houses and a retirement community, people from all walks of life will live in G.T.E.C. Other aspects of the community will include a start-of-the-art retail district composed of technologically advanced supermarkets, bars, restaurants, fitness centers, and shops, as well as a network of micro-museums, education centers, gardens, parks, and nature paths. At G.T.E.C., people won’t just learn about Grant Town’s vision of the future, they’ll experience it.
